Publish on a Zyelra subdomain and connect a custom domain when you are ready. Website tools are part of your Zyelra workspace — not a separate complimentary SaaS product.

Messaging and payments require provider connections
Connect the messaging or payment providers you use under Settings. Provider fees (SMS, WhatsApp, payment processing, and similar) are billed by those providers — they are not included in Zyelra subscription pricing.

Is there a free plan?
No. Zyelra does not offer a complimentary SaaS tier. Agency website tools are included with your Zyelra workspace — that describes the product surface, not a separate free product.
Is there a free trial?
Public marketing does not advertise a trial. After you create an account, subscription options are managed in Settings → Billing for your agency.
What happens if I exceed my property/seat limit?
Each plan includes property and seat allowances. Usage is visible in your workspace. Capacity enforcement depends on your account’s billing configuration; if you need more room, move to a higher plan from Settings → Billing when that path is available for your agency.
What's included in the website?
Agency website tools — templates, pages, listings, subdomain publishing, and custom domain support — are part of your Zyelra workspace. See the Guide for setup details.
Are messaging provider charges included?
No. Zyelra subscription pricing covers the Zyelra workspace. Messaging and payment provider fees are billed by those providers after you connect them. See Integrations for availability.
Which plan includes automations?
Professional and Business include automations. Starter does not.
Which plan includes AI Actions?
Professional and Business include AI Actions. Starter includes the platform AI surface without AI Actions.
Can I change plans?
Plan changes are managed from Settings → Billing after you create an agency workspace. Availability depends on your subscription state and billing provider.
Can I cancel?
Subscription management, including cancellation when supported by your billing provider, is available from Settings → Billing.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual prices are billed once per year for the selected plan.
