Zyelra provides software for agency websites, CRM and lead workflows, messaging, automations, property operations, stays, and related features described in the product.

Features may change as we improve the service. Some capabilities require third-party provider accounts, verification, or partner enablement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Agency owners are responsible for users they invite and for activity under their agency.

You must use Zyelra in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of any third-party providers you connect.

You retain rights to the content and customer data you submit to Zyelra. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process personal data you upload (including leads and guest information).

You may not misuse Zyelra, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it to send unlawful or abusive communications.

Paid plans, invoices, and entitlements are governed by the billing terms shown in your Zyelra account when you subscribe. Public marketing pages may not list prices.

Guest payment integrations collect funds through your connected payment providers; Zyelra does not hold customer funds.

Zyelra is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that integrations with third parties will always be available.

Zyelra is not a consumer marketplace for automatic stay confirmation and does not replace legal, tax, or compliance advice.
