Agency public websites published for customers (for example under an agency subdomain or custom domain) are operated by those agencies. Their visitor data practices are described in each agency’s own notices where provided.

Account and profile information you provide when you create or manage a Zyelra agency account (such as name, email, and agency details).

Operational data you and your team enter in Zyelra (such as properties, leads, messages metadata, and configuration) to provide the service.

Technical information needed to operate the site and application (such as browser type, approximate device information, and security logs).

We use information to provide, secure, and improve Zyelra; to authenticate users; to communicate about the service; and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Zyelra uses infrastructure and product providers (for example email, SMS, payments, or AI) that you connect or that Zyelra configures to deliver features. Those providers process data according to their agreements with us or with your agency, depending on the integration.

When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize Zyelra to exchange the data required for that connection.

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a hosted software service, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain account and operational data for as long as your agency uses Zyelra and as needed for legitimate business, security, and legal purposes.
