Content vs Pages
Understand shared reusable Content versus Pages that compose layout for visitors.
Content = shared reusable values
Website → Content stores reusable agency information used across the site — for example services, testimonials, FAQs, service areas, owner content, and about copy.
- Edit once; reuse in multiple places
- Saves as website content (often live when saved)
- Best for facts and copy that should stay consistent
Pages = composition and layout
Website → Pages is where you compose what visitors open: which sections appear, their order, and page-specific overrides.
- Page structure and section order
- Draft → preview → publish flow for page/layout releases
- Best for arranging Content and media into visitor journeys
How to use them together
- Enter shared values in Content.
- Build or edit pages in Pages so those values appear in the right sections.
- Use Design for template and branding; Media for assets.
- Publish page/branding releases from Publish when ready.
