How long-term agency settings relate to short-term Bookings features.
Long-term vs short-term
If your agency is oriented to long-term rentals, Bookings stay flows may be secondary. You can still configure Settings → Rentals & Bookings short-term options for later use or mixed portfolios.
- Property rental mix can be Long-term, Short-term, or Mixed
- Long-term operations still use Properties, Units, Leads, and Messaging
- Guest stay payments remain separate from agency Billing
