Open Bookings (Stays) to manage short-term stay requests and confirmed stays through check-in and checkout.
- Pending — request received, not yet confirmed (Request to book mode)
- Confirmed — stay is reserved after online payment, host acceptance of a bank transfer, or agency acceptance of a request
- Checked in / Checked out — operational stay progress
- Cancelled / No-show — did not complete as booked
Request vs Instant booking
Your agency chooses the public booking mode under Settings → Rentals & Bookings.
- Request to book — guests submit a request; your team confirms in Bookings
- Instant booking (direct booking) — guests pay on the website. Online payment reserves the stay; a bank transfer holds dates for you to confirm or decline
