Open Properties
Go to Properties and create a new property.

Enter core details
Add name, location, and the identifying details your team uses day to day.

Choose structure and rental mix
Select single vs multiple units and whether the property is long-term, short-term, or mixed.

Add units if needed
For multi-unit properties, create units before you rely on per-unit availability or marketing.

Add media and set status
Upload photos or videos, set a cover image, then move from Draft when ready.
After create
- Confirm listing status matches whether the property should appear publicly
- Link website enquiry paths to the right property where applicable
- Keep availability updated as units change
