Subscribe with iCal

Create Zyelra iCal subscription links and add them to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

Create a subscription in Zyelra

  1. Step 1In Zyelra

    Open Calendar → Calendar subscriptions

Create a subscription link for the scope you need.

  2. Step 2In Zyelra

    Choose scope

Agency-wide, a single property, or a unit — pick the narrowest scope that still helps the subscriber.

  3. Step 3In Zyelra

    Copy the link

Copy the private iCal URL. Store it like a credential.

Subscribe in your calendar app

  • Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription (or equivalent) and paste the URL
  • Google Calendar — add by URL from other calendars settings
  • Outlook — add an internet calendar subscription with the URL

External apps refresh on their own schedule. Allow time before expecting every Zyelra change to appear.

Regenerate and revoke

  • Regenerate if a link may have been shared too widely
  • Revoke links you no longer need
  • Create separate links for different teams instead of one shared mega-link when possible

Security
