How Zyelra webhooks work

Register outbound webhook endpoints to receive Zyelra events in your systems and automation workflows.

What outbound webhooks do

Outbound developer webhooks let Zyelra POST signed event payloads to HTTPS URLs you control when subscribed events occur (for example lead or stay changes).

They are different from inbound provider webhooks (Twilio, Stripe, Meta, and similar), which Zyelra receives from third-party platforms.

Typical setup flow

  • Choose an HTTPS endpoint that can verify webhook signatures
  • Create a webhook endpoint and select the events you need
  • Store the signing secret securely and verify each delivery
  • Use the delivery history and retry tools when a destination fails
  • Send a test delivery before going live
