Integrations overview

Hub for Zyelra integrations: email, SMS, WhatsApp, calendar, OTAs, guest payments, and AI — plus links to the Developer API and webhooks for custom connections.

How integrations work in Zyelra

Integrations connect external services to Zyelra. Most agency connections live under Settings; calendar feeds live under Calendar; AI model keys are platform-managed.

  • Email / SMS / WhatsApp → Settings → Messaging & Delivery
  • Guest payments → Settings → Payments (not SaaS Billing)
  • OTAs → Settings → Booking Channels (Channex — not direct OTA Connect)
  • iCal import/export → Calendar → External calendars / Calendar subscriptions
  • AI model keys → Super Admin → Integrations → Credentials (agencies use Settings → AI Assistant toggles)
  • Developer API & outbound webhooks → /api (keys in Settings → Developer API)

Extend beyond native connectors

Automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier can call the Developer API and receive webhooks. Zyelra does not provide official apps for those platforms.

  • Managed Email

    Send email through Zyelra’s platform-managed delivery. Agencies do not create or paste Resend API keys.

  • Twilio SMS

    Connect Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and an SMS-capable number or Messaging Service so Zyelra can send SMS and receive delivery status webhooks.

  • Meta WhatsApp

    Connect WhatsApp Business via Meta Embedded Signup in Zyelra, map Meta-approved templates, and receive signed webhooks.

  • Stripe (guest payments)

    Prefer Finance → Collection payments and guest payment links (Zyelra-managed). Connect Stripe via Stripe Connect OAuth in Settings → Payments → Advanced only for legacy stay checkout. Separate from Zyelra SaaS billing.

  • OpenAI (platform credentials)

    Zyelra uses a platform OpenAI API key configured by Super Admins. Agencies only enable AI Assistant toggles — no agency OpenAI keys today.

  • How channel management works

    Zyelra is the PMS source of truth. Channex is the channel sync layer to supported OTAs — not parallel direct Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo/Expedia connectors.

  • Connect a messaging provider

    Connect email, SMS, or WhatsApp under Settings → Messaging & Delivery so the unified inbox can send and receive.
