Delivery statuses

Understand message delivery statuses from queued through delivered, read, failed, or bounced.

Status meanings

  • Queued — accepted by Zyelra and waiting for provider handoff
  • Submitted to provider — provider accepted the message for processing (not proof of inbox delivery)
  • Sent — handed off toward the recipient
  • Delivered — provider reports delivery to the endpoint
  • Read — read receipt when the channel supports it
  • Failed — send failed; check provider configuration and destination
  • Bounced — address or route rejected the message
  • Received — inbound message captured into the inbox
