Units on a property

Use units for multi-unit inventory: status, availability, media, and unit-level enquiries.

When to use units

Create units when one property contains multiple rentable or marketable spaces that need their own status and availability.

  • Track unit-level status separately from the parent property
  • Reflect partial occupancy on the property availability signal
  • Attach media and enquiries at the right inventory level

Day-to-day unit work

You can work units from the property context or the Units area. Keep naming consistent so operations and marketing refer to the same inventory.

Next step
