Problem
Visitors do not see recent changes, the custom domain fails, navigation is wrong, or enquiries never arrive as leads.
Cause
- Draft changes were previewed but not published
- Expecting Navigation, SEO, or Content updates to wait for Publish when they may already be live — or the reverse for page releases
- DNS records incomplete or still propagating
- Contact & enquiries misconfigured
Solution
- Use Website → Publish to release page and branding changes
- Re-check Navigation & footer, SEO, and Content on the public URL after saves
- Verify Domains DNS exactly, wait for propagation, then retest. Domain verification confirms ownership/routing — HTTPS certificates are configured at your hosting edge, not automatically by Zyelra domain verification.
- Submit a test enquiry and confirm a lead appears under Leads
When to contact support
Contact support if DNS has been correct for longer than normal propagation windows and the domain still fails Zyelra verification, or if published releases never appear on the public host.
