Leads troubleshooting
Fix missing website enquiries, assignment gaps, and pipeline or follow-up queue issues.
Problem
Website enquiries do not create leads, Today is empty despite demand, or pipeline moves do not behave as expected.
Cause
- Website Contact & enquiries not configured or site not published
- Filters hiding New / Unassigned / Follow-ups in Today or Table
- Lead created but unassigned with no follow-up date
- Expecting automations without an enabled matching automation
Solution
- Submit a test enquiry after confirming Website → Contact & enquiries and Publish
- Clear Today/Table filters; use Assign to me for queue items
- Set owner and follow-up on lead detail
- If status moves should automate work, verify the automation trigger and enablement
When to contact support
Contact support when public enquiry submissions succeed on the website but no lead record is created after Contact & enquiries is confirmed.
