Create an automation

Open Automations and create a new automation from scratch or from a template. Zyelra walks you through Trigger → Conditions → Actions → Review.

   Choose how to start

   From scratch when you know the flow; Use a template when a starting point fits.

2. Step 2In Zyelra

   Set the trigger

   Pick the event that should start the automation (for example a new website enquiry or lead status change).

3. Step 3In Zyelra

   Add conditions

   Limit when the automation continues. Conditions in a group run when all are true; multiple groups are joined with OR.

4. Step 4In Zyelra

   Add actions and waits

   Define what Zyelra should do, including optional Wait steps between actions.

5. Step 5In Zyelra

   Review and enable

   Review the summary, save, then enable when you are ready for live runs.
