Triggers, conditions, and OR groups

Control when automations start and continue using triggers, all-true conditions, and OR condition groups.

Triggers

The trigger is the event that starts an automation run. If the trigger never fires, no conditions or actions run.

Conditions

Conditions narrow when the automation continues. Within a condition group, Zyelra runs when all of these are true.

OR groups

Add another condition group when you need alternate paths. Groups are joined by OR — if any group matches, the automation can continue.

  • One group: all listed conditions must be true
  • Multiple groups: any matching group is enough
  • Keep groups readable — prefer clear agency criteria over deep nesting

Next step

Use the Developer API and webhooks when you need tools outside Zyelra’s built-in Automations.
