First workflows: enquiry to automation
Walk through website enquiry → lead → message → automation so your agency setup is proven end to end.
What you will prove
A visitor enquiry on your website creates a lead, you can message that lead, and an automation can continue the follow-up.
Run the first workflow
- Step 1In Zyelra
Publish a working contact path
In Website → Contact & enquiries, confirm enquiry forms route into Zyelra. Publish website changes from Website → Publish so the public site is live.
- Step 2In Zyelra
Submit a test enquiry
Use your public site (or preview where available) to submit a property or contact enquiry. Confirm a new lead appears under Leads → Today or Table.
- Step 3In Zyelra
Open the lead and assign it
Open lead detail, assign an owner, and set a follow-up if needed. Move the card in Pipeline when status should change.
- Step 4In Zyelra
Send a message
From Messages or the lead’s Communications area, send an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message on a connected channel.
- Step 5In Zyelra
Add a simple automation
Create an automation triggered by a new website enquiry or lead status change. Add a condition if needed, then an action (for example send a template message) and optionally a Wait step. Enable it and confirm a run appears in history.
Quick checks if something fails
- No lead created — check Website → Contact & enquiries and that the site is published.
- Cannot send — connect a provider under Settings → Messaging & Delivery.
- Automation did not run — confirm it is enabled, the trigger matches, and conditions are true.
