Waiting runs
Understand Waiting automation runs, how they appear in Leads → Today, and when to cancel them.
What Waiting means
A run is Waiting when it is paused on a Wait step. This is expected for delayed follow-ups — not automatically a failure.
Where to see them
- Automation run history shows Waiting runs for that automation
- Leads → Today can surface waiting automation work items
When to cancel
Cancel waiting runs when the lead outcome changed and the delayed action should not fire. Some automations can cancel waiting runs when a lead is converted — enable that option when it matches your process.
Next step
Use the Developer API and webhooks when you need tools outside Zyelra’s built-in Automations.
