Map Zyelra properties and units to Channex / OTA listings so rates, availability, and reservations attach to the right inventory.
Why mapping matters
Channel listings are external. Zyelra stays create against properties and units. Mapping tells Zyelra which listing belongs to which unit so ARI and bookings land correctly.

Prepare properties and units
Create the property and units in Zyelra first (Properties / Units). Incomplete inventory makes mapping guesswork.

Open Channex mappings
Go to Settings → Booking Channels → Mappings (or the Channex mappings path shown in your workspace).

Confirm each listing
Map channel property / room type to the matching Zyelra property and unit. Do not assume auto-mapping is correct without review.

Watch quarantine
If a booking arrives without a clean mapping, it may land in Quarantine for review instead of a normal stay.
Limits to know
- Multi-room Booking.com cases with missing room type identity can be a provider limitation — verify mapping carefully.
- Listing marketing content and photo depth via Channex are channel-dependent and often limited — do not expect full content CMS sync for every OTA.
- Hotel-style CTA/CTD/stop-sell restriction calendars are not a Zyelra vacation-rental product surface.
