Connect and use Channex

How agencies work with Channex through Settings → Booking Channels: connections, mappings, quarantine, and where platform credentials live.

What Channex setup means in Zyelra

Agencies do not build separate OTA PMS connectors. Zyelra uses Channex as the controlling channel layer. Platform operators configure Channex credentials; agencies work from Settings → Booking Channels.

Agency workflow

  1. Step 1In Zyelra

    Open Booking Channels

Go to Settings → Booking Channels. You need permission to view or manage channels.

  2. Step 2In Zyelra

    Use Channex actions

From the Booking Channels hub, open Mappings, Quarantine, Conversations, or Reviews as shown for your workspace.

  3. Step 3In Zyelra

    Map before expecting reservations

Listings must be mapped to Zyelra properties/units. Unmapped channel inventory will not create clean stays.

  4. Step 4In Zyelra

    Keep Zyelra inventory accurate

Rates and availability that Zyelra pushes through Channex start from your PMS data — fix the property/unit in Zyelra first when sync looks wrong.

If you still see Airbnb / Booking.com cards

Removed direct OTA providers appear as managed through Channex — not as Connect OAuth / Connectivity Hub credential forms. Follow Channex mapping and the channel-specific guides.
