Housekeeping workflow

From checkout to cleaning task, assignment, checklist, evidence, and readiness — using OperationalTask cleaning/turnover types.

Typical flow

  1. Stay checks out (or a cleaning task is created manually / by settings automation).
  2. A cleaning or turnover OperationalTask appears in Housekeeping / My Work.
  3. Coordinator assigns the task.
  4. Assignee completes checklist items and attaches evidence when required.
  5. Task is completed; unit readiness is derived from operational state (not a separate dirty/clean SoT).
  6. Optional inspection follows when your process requires it.

Day-to-day

Go to Tasks & Operations and choose the Housekeeping work view (or My Work).

  2. Step 2In Zyelra

Boundaries

  • Housekeeping is a view over OperationalTask — not a second module.
  • Checkout cleaning may be created by short-term operations settings and/or automations — confirm Settings → Rentals & Bookings / operations options for your agency.
