Understand portfolio availability signals: available, partially available, fully occupied, and unavailable.
Availability signals
Property availability summarizes how bookable or rentable the inventory currently is.
- Available — inventory can take new interest
- Partially available — some units available, others not
- Fully occupied — no open inventory at property level
- Unavailable — not offered regardless of unit mix
Keep availability accurate
- Update unit status when stays or tenancies change
- Do not rely on listing status alone for operational occupancy
