Pre-arrival and guest check-in

Configure property guest guides, conditional access release, and the digital check-in / house-rules flow guests complete on their stay link.

Before arrival

  1. Step 1In Zyelra

    Add property guest guide content

On the property, fill check-in/out instructions, directions, parking, Wi-Fi, and access instructions guests should see when released.

  2. Step 2In Zyelra

    Confirm release policy

Agency defaults under short-term guest portal settings control when access instructions unlock (for example hours before check-in, or manual release). Staff can release access early from the stay when offered.

  3. Step 3In Zyelra

    Share the guest link

From the stay, copy/send the guest self-service link. Treat it as private.

Guest check-in on the link

  • Guests complete the digital check-in form when enabled for the stay.
  • House-rules acknowledgement is part of the check-in readiness flow.
  • Arrival confirmation is available when the product shows it for the stay phase.
  • Locked access content returns empty from the API until release rules are met — guests cannot bypass by UI alone.
