Guest self-service link

Share the guest self-service link (“Your stay”) for stay details, payments, check-in, support, checkout acknowledgement, and cancellation when allowed.

What guests can do

Zyelra provides a guest self-service link (guest-facing “Your stay” experience) — not a separate branded portal product name in the app. Staff issue the link from Bookings (Stays).

  • View stay details and payment / deposit visibility where configured
  • Pay online when guest payments are configured and the stay is payable
  • Complete pre-arrival check-in / house rules when enabled
  • Submit during-stay support requests when the stay phase allows it
  • Acknowledge checkout on the link (staff checkout remains the operational status path)
  • Request cancellation when your settings allow it
