Guest payments
Collect guest stay payments through connected providers in Settings → Payments — separate from agency Billing.
Settings → Payments
Guest and tenant payment providers are configured under Settings → Payments. Zyelra does not hold guest funds — the connected provider processes payment. Payment availability depends on your configured provider and verification status: configured ≠ production-settled.
- Payment states on the stay: Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid (Paid means the provider reported success for that stay — not a Zyelra custody settlement claim)
- Connect Stripe, Paystack, and/or PayPal for guest checkout as supported by code
- Starting checkout is not the same as payment confirmed or funds settled
- Do not confuse this with Settings → Billing (your Zyelra subscription)
- Stay payment links require the storefront product entitlement; turning off the public website marketing toggle does not revoke existing stay payment or guest portal links
