ARI and availability sync

How rates and availability move from Zyelra through Channex to OTAs — and what is out of scope for vacation-rental ARI.

What ARI means here

ARI (availability, rates, and inventory restrictions Zyelra supports) is pushed through Channex for mapped listings. Fix pricing and availability in Zyelra first; channel sync follows mapping.

  • Maintain unit availability and pricing in Zyelra (Properties / Units / Bookings).
  • Ensure property, unit, and rate plan mappings exist.
  • Channex delivers supported ARI fields to the OTA per channel capability.

When sync looks wrong

  • Confirm mapping completeness (including rate plan where required).
  • Confirm the OTA is live for your environment (Expedia/Vrbo may be deferred).
  • Do not use iCal as a substitute for OTA ARI.
  • Check quarantine if reservations arrive but inventory looks wrong.

Next step

Connect OTAs through Channex — mapping, sync, and troubleshooting.
