Messaging, reviews, content, and booking depth differ by OTA. Use capability-aware expectations — not universal feature claims.

How to read capabilities

Zyelra exposes Channex conversations and reviews under Booking Channels when the channel supports them. Agency email/SMS/WhatsApp uses Messages (Settings → Messaging & Delivery).

  • Airbnb / Booking.com — messaging and reviews may be available via Channex when enabled; confirm in your workspace.
  • Vrbo — messaging/reviews are commonly Unsupported in the Channex catalog.
  • Listing marketing content/photos — often limited or unsupported via Channex.
  • Expedia / Vrbo live connect — deferred; do not assume production sync.
