Booking.com syncs through Zyelra → Channex. Do not use Connectivity Hub machine credentials as a permanent direct Zyelra adapter.

Settings → Booking Channels → Channex mappings and related tools.

Map property and room
Map Booking.com / Channex room types carefully. Multi-room cases with missing room_type_id can be a provider limitation.

Confirm stays
New extranet bookings should appear as Zyelra stays after Channex ingest — check Quarantine if they do not.
Limits
- Listing marketing content/photo sync via Channex is limited / often unsupported.
- Messaging/reviews formal capability depends on Channex channel support.
- Do not expect a Zyelra Booking.com agency webhook URL for the removed direct adapter.
