Airbnb via Channex

Airbnb inventory and reservations are synchronized through Channex. Zyelra remains the PMS of record. Direct Airbnb OAuth Connect and agency Airbnb webhook URLs are not the supported architecture.

• Properties and units created in Zyelra.
• Access to Settings → Booking Channels (channels permissions).
• Channex connectivity enabled for your agency/environment by Zyelra platform ops when required.

1. Step 1In Zyelra

   Open Booking Channels

   Go to Settings → Booking Channels. Use the Channex hub — not a standalone permanent Airbnb Connect form.

2. Step 2In Zyelra

   Map listings

   Open Mappings and map Airbnb/Channex listings to Zyelra properties and units.

3. Step 3In Zyelra

   Monitor quarantine and stays

   Review Quarantine for import issues. Successful imports appear as Stays in Zyelra.

Messaging and reviews, when available for Airbnb via Channex, use the Channex Conversations surface and can also appear soft-federated in Messages (OTA filter). They are not stored as agency email/SMS/WhatsApp conversations.
