Chart of accounts and ledger

Zyelra’s chart of accounts and ledger are the canonical books of record. Providers and QuickBooks are downstream rails and destinations.

What this is

The chart of accounts defines the account structure Zyelra posts into. Ledger views show posted activity. This is the operational accounting source of truth inside Zyelra.

  • Finance → Chart of Accounts (accounts.view)
  • Finance → Ledger for posted activity
  • Operating balances / buckets are control-plane projections over ledger state — not a custodial wallet

Permissions

  • accounts.view to open Chart of Accounts / related ledger surfaces
  • accounts.manage when creating or editing accounts is offered

Next step

Ledger, collections, operating balances, AP, disbursements, and QuickBooks.
