Vendor bills and accounts payable
Create, approve, post, and record payment on vendor bills. Draft bills can also come from maintenance tasks.
What a vendor bill is
Vendor bills are AP documents for operational suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, and similar). They post into Zyelra’s ledger when approved/posted per your permissions.
Typical AP lifecycle
- Step 1In Zyelra
Create a draft bill
Finance → Vendor Bills → New bill (ap.manage), or create a draft from a maintenance task when offered.
- Step 2In Zyelra
Approve and post
On bill detail, approve and post using the AP actions your role allows. Posted bills affect the ledger.
- Step 3In Zyelra
Record payment
Record payment against the bill when paying the vendor through your normal process. Sync to QuickBooks only if accounting integration is connected and the bill sync capability is available for your connection.
