Recommended setup order
- Confirm your agency account and team access (Settings → Billing if you need plan access).
- Create or open your website under Website → Overview.
- Add at least one property (and units if you manage multi-unit inventory).
- Connect messaging in Settings → Messaging & Delivery.
- Publish the website and submit a test enquiry.
- Assign the lead, send a message, then create a simple automation.
