Connect a messaging provider

Connect email, SMS, or WhatsApp under Settings → Messaging & Delivery so the unified inbox can send and receive.

Settings → Messaging & Delivery

Open Settings → Messaging & Delivery to configure Notifications, Delivery, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Routing.

  • Email — Managed Email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Custom SMTP
  • SMS — Twilio or Termii
  • WhatsApp — Meta WhatsApp

After connecting

  1. Step 1In Zyelra

    Send a test message

    Verify outbound delivery on each connected channel.

  2. Step 2In Zyelra

    Confirm inbound

    Reply from a real device where possible and confirm the conversation appears in Messages.

  3. Step 3In Zyelra

    Enable notification delivery only on ready channels

    Notification delivery should use channels that are fully configured.

    Connect WhatsApp Business via Meta Embedded Signup in Zyelra, map Meta-approved templates, and receive signed webhooks.
