Paystack (guest payments)
Connect a Paystack subaccount code from your Paystack dashboard so guests can pay through Paystack checkout. Manual connect — not SaaS billing.
Available with provider requirementsSupported, but an external account or verification is required. What this connection does
Paystack guest payments settle to your Paystack subaccount. You connect by pasting the subaccount code from Paystack — there is no agency OAuth Connect flow for Paystack in Zyelra.
Before you start
- A Paystack business account with a subaccount created for the property/agency settlement target.
- Permission to manage Settings → Payments.
Connect Paystack
- Step 1In provider
Create a subaccount in Paystack
In the Paystack Dashboard, open Subaccounts and create a subaccount for the bank settlement details that should receive guest payments. Copy the subaccount code (commonly starts with ACCT_).
- Step 2In Zyelra
Open Settings → Payments → Paystack
Go to Settings → Payments, choose Connect Paystack, and paste the Paystack subaccount code. Submit Connect subaccount.
- Step 3In provider
Webhook (platform)
Paystack payment events POST to {your Zyelra API base URL}/api/v1/webhooks/payments/paystack. Platform signing configuration is operated by Zyelra — do not invent secrets.
- Step 4In Zyelra
Run a test guest payment
Complete a test checkout and confirm settlement routing to the subaccount in Paystack Dashboard.
POST {your Zyelra API base URL}/api/v1/webhooks/payments/paystackVerify
- Paystack shows connected in Settings → Payments.
- Guest checkout uses Paystack.
- Dashboard shows the charge against the connected subaccount.
Troubleshooting
- Invalid subaccount code — copy again from Paystack Dashboard → Subaccounts.
- Settlement bank issues — fix bank details on the subaccount in Paystack.
- Wrong integration — confirm you are in Settings → Payments, not Billing.
