Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 connects via OAuth and Microsoft Graph Mail.Send so Zyelra can send mail as the authorized mailbox. It does not sync Outlook inbox mail into Zyelra.

• Outbound send only.
• No inbound / two-way mailbox sync.
• Disconnect and reconnect to refresh consent.

• A Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox that can send mail.
• Tenant policies that allow the Zyelra app to request Mail.Send if admins restrict consent.
• Permission to manage Settings → Messaging & Delivery.

1. Step 1In provider

   Confirm the mailbox and admin consent rules

   Sign in to the Microsoft account that should send. If your tenant requires admin consent for Mail.Send, complete that with a Microsoft Entra admin before or during the Zyelra connect flow.

2. Step 2In Zyelra

   Start Connect Microsoft 365

   Go to Settings → Messaging & Delivery → Email and choose Connect Microsoft 365.

3. Step 3In provider

   Complete Microsoft OAuth consent

   Approve the Mail.Send permission on Microsoft’s consent screen so Zyelra can send on your behalf.

4. Step 4In Zyelra

   Confirm connection and test send

   After redirect, confirm Microsoft 365 is connected, then send a test email.

1. Microsoft 365 shows connected in Settings → Messaging & Delivery → Email.
2. Test send succeeds.
3. Inbound remains unavailable — expected for this integration.

• Admin consent required — ask a tenant admin to approve Mail.Send, then reconnect.
• Consent cancelled — restart Connect Microsoft 365.
• Needs attention after password reset or Conditional Access changes — disconnect and reconnect.
• Looking for inbox sync — not supported on this connection.
