Work inventory units: status, availability, and enquiries. Properties remains the primary hub.
Units and the Properties hub
Units has its own area for inventory-focused work, but it belongs conceptually with Properties. Use Properties for portfolio context and Units when you need a unit-first list.
Common unit tasks
- Update unit status as inspections, reservations, and occupancy change
- Keep unit media current for marketing and guest communication
- Review unit-linked enquiries and assign follow-up owners
- Confirm property availability still reflects unit occupancy
