Agency BYOK (bring your own key)

When BYOK ships, agencies would supply their own model credentials. Until then, AI Assistant uses platform keys configured under Super Admin → Integrations → Credentials, and agencies only use Settings → AI Assistant toggles.

Nothing to configure for BYOK. Use platform OpenAI / Anthropic guides and Settings → AI Assistant instead.

   Use platform AI credentials

   Platform operators configure OpenAI/Anthropic under Super Admin → Integrations → Credentials.

2. Step 2In Zyelra

   Enable AI Assistant for the agency

   Agency admins open Settings → AI Assistant and enable features — without entering API keys.

There is no BYOK connection state to verify. If you see no agency API key field, that is expected.
