Not currently supported
Providers and capabilities Zyelra does not support as native connectors today — including Gemini, Grok, OpenRouter, SendGrid, SES, and transactional two-way calendar booking sync.
What this page covers
This list is intentional. If a provider is named here, Zyelra does not offer a first-class agency connection for it yet — even if third-party workarounds exist outside the product.
For custom applications and automation, use the Zyelra Developer API and outbound webhooks documented at /api — those are supported product surfaces, not native third-party connectors.
AI providers not supported
- Google Gemini
- xAI Grok
- OpenRouter
Email providers not supported
- SendGrid as an agency email provider
- Amazon SES as an agency email provider
Use Managed Email, Custom SMTP, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 instead.
Calendar capabilities not supported
- Transactional two-way calendar booking sync with Google/Apple/Outlook
iCal import and export are available; they block or share availability but do not create managed Zyelra bookings from external events.
Developer surfaces that are supported
- Agency-scoped Developer API (REST) under /api/v1/developer — see /api
- Outbound developer webhooks you can register to HTTPS endpoints — see /api#webhooks
Verify
If a Connect button does not exist for a provider above, it is unsupported as a native connector — not a permissions bug.
Troubleshooting
- Saw a competitor screenshot with Gemini/SendGrid — that is not Zyelra.
- Need SES/SendGrid — use Custom SMTP only if your provider exposes SMTP; there is no native SES/SendGrid connector.
- Need OTA booking sync — use Booking Channels. iCal import only creates availability blocks.
- Need a custom CRM sync — use the Developer API and webhooks rather than expecting a native connector.
