Anthropic (platform credentials)

Anthropic (Claude) can power Zyelra AI features when the platform stores a valid Anthropic credential and agencies enable AI Assistant. Agencies do not supply Anthropic keys in Settings today.

• Super Admin access to Integrations → Credentials.
• Agency admins need Settings → AI Assistant access only.

Anthropic Console API keys (official) ↗

1. Step 1In provider

   Create a platform API key in Anthropic Console

   As a platform operator, sign in to console.anthropic.com, open Settings → API keys, and create a key for Zyelra platform use. Copy the secret once.

2. Step 2In Zyelra

   Store the key in Super Admin → Integrations → Credentials

   In Super Admin, open Integrations → Credentials (Anthropic). Paste the platform key, save, and test. Do not give this key to agencies.

3. Step 3In Zyelra

   Agency: enable AI Assistant

   Agencies use Settings → AI Assistant toggles only — no Anthropic credential paste field.

1. Anthropic credential healthy in Super Admin.
2. Agency AI Assistant enabled.
3. Assistant responses succeed when Anthropic is the active platform provider.

• Invalid API key — create a new key in Anthropic Console and update Super Admin credentials.
• Agency expects BYOK — not available; see Agency BYOK (coming later).
• Feature gated — confirm AI Assistant is enabled and included in the agency plan.
